This policy explains what data Short Drama collects, why, and what your rights are. It applies to the website and app at shortdramatv.online, in every language.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is ShortDramaTV, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 42.711.070/0001-06, based in Teresina, Piauí, Brazil. Privacy contact: contato@shortdramatv.online.
2. Data we collect
Account: email and, if you provide them, name and WhatsApp number. Usage: pages and episodes viewed, watch time, device and browser, IP address, approximate country and traffic source (campaign, link). Payments: processed by Stripe; we never store your card number, only the transaction id, amount, currency and status. Messages: records of the emails and WhatsApp messages we send you.
3. Why we use it
To grant and maintain your access; to charge and renew subscriptions; to send access links, sign-in codes, renewal notices and support; to recommend content; to measure site and campaign performance; to prevent fraud and misuse (such as the device limit); to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Performance of a contract (your access and payments), legitimate interest (security, measurement and improvement), consent (measurement cookies and marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time) and legal compliance, under Brazil's LGPD and, for EU residents, the GDPR.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect payments. Measurement cookies and identifiers (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) help us understand usage and attribute sales to campaigns; where the law requires it, they are only used with your consent. You can disable them in the cookie notice, in your browser and in Meta's and Google's ad settings.
6. Who we share with
Providers that run the service on our behalf, each receiving only what it needs: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email), a WhatsApp delivery provider, Meta and Google (campaign measurement). We do not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Brazil or the European Union (for example, in the United States), under appropriate contractual safeguards.
8. Retention
Account and payment data: while the account exists and for the legally required periods. Detailed usage data (progress, watch time): up to 90 days, then aggregated or deleted.
9. Your rights
You can request access, correction, portability and deletion of your data, withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email contato@shortdramatv.online from your account email; we reply within 15 days. EU residents may also complain to their national data protection authority.
10. Children
The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we identify any, we delete it.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit, access control and providers with recognized certifications. No system is fully secure; if an incident affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
